  • Layer 1: Your product is placed in the HanaGold jewelry box and sealed with the first layer using the HanaGold Breakable Seal*.

  • Layer 2: The shipping box is securely packed, sealed with 2 HanaGold Breakable Seals on each lid, and carefully taped.

  • During inspection, customers are advised to record a video to facilitate resolution of any arising issues.

  • *Breakable Seal: A special seal used to ensure the product remains unopened. It is fragile, and attempting to remove it will cause it to break.
